I bought these gloves on the recommendation of others, they arrived and I tried them on, the left glove seemed to fit well but when I tried to put the right glove on I made a discovery that one of my thumbs was freakishly larger than the other, after recovering from the shock of this discovery I tried pulled both gloves off and looked at them next to each other and low and behold the thumb on the right glove had a strange angle at the top and was obviously smaller than the left glove, just to be sure my eyes were not deceiving me I measured this by inserting a bic lighter into the left glove's thumb, it fit quite easily with space around it, upon trying to insert it into the right thumb it was not able to even be fully inserted.I contacted hatch about this issue, figuring they would try to do everything they could to make it right because they were obviously in an embarrassing situation letting something like this slip past their quality control. After being connected to a customer "service" representative I was told quite rudely that not only would I have to pay return shipping and wait longer to receive a new pair of gloves after they were received and subsequently sent out a new pair (somehow I am out of pocket more money because of their disastrous mistake?) which I was not terribly pleased about but I guess it's understandable (albeit in poor taste) then I am told that because I did not purchase the gloves directly from them, I should not send them back to hatch, but back to the dealer I bought them from. They obviously were not concerned about their horrendous quality control issue and were rather crass and rude with me.The gloves are getting returned and I shall not buy another Hatch product, ever.

I've owned 4 pair of Hatch SG20P gloves over the past 5 or so years, mostly because I lose them annually.I like how thin they are, and how they allow maximum dexterity, I can even type on a keyboard whilst wearing them.The last 3 pair were pretty good, the latest pair sucked a cheetah's.The gloves were misshapen and did not fit normal human hands.The thumbs were grotesquely asymmetrical, and the the palms were too narrow, so they ripped instantaneously to conform to normal human hand movement.I think the Quetta Shura took over manufacture of these gloves, and they now aren't worth buying.

The gloves did not fit right. There was something about them that made my hands feel very uncomfortable. Maybe the fingers were too long and the fitting felt tight. Bad design and terrible fit.
